Cranberry – White Chocolate Shortbread Cookies!

2 c butter, softened
1 c sugar
4 c flour
1 pkg white chocolate chips
1 1/2 c dried cranberries (craisins)
Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy then add flour and mix well. Stir in white chocolate and cranberries. Drop rounded tbsp of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets and flatten each ball slightly. Bake at 350 for 10-14 minutes until lightly browned. Cool 5 min then remove to racks to cool completely. Enjoy
